The Ontario Association for Infant and Child Development (OAICD) represents 49 Infant and Child Development Programs (ICDPs) in Ontario that are publicly funded. ICDPs serve children from birth to school entry who have a developmental disability and/or risk of developmental delay by providing support, information, and early intervention services.
